Jamba's CEO James D. White, who has flown in to officially welcome
Kentucky fans to Jamba's 26th and newest state along with
members of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce, will join Franchise
owners Emmy & Don Marquess and Mary & John Speaker of the Speaquess
Group at their grand opening on January 30. Doors open at 7:00 a.m.
ET to Fans. The official ribbon cutting ceremony with Mr. White will
be at 4:00 p.m. ET.
On Tuesday, January 31, Mr. White will be visiting Fayette County
Schools to share the healthy lifestyle brands' School Lunch
Program offerings and discuss fundraising activities available
through Jamba to help schools raise much needed funds. Mr. White
will also visit with Lexington's Mayor Gray to discuss various
health and wellness topics, including Jamba's Team Up for a
Healthy Community initiative that brings schools, communities, and
Jamba partners-like the WNBA and Venus Williams--together in the
fight against childhood obesity.
