BancorpSouth, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
TUPELO, Miss., Jan. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- At its regular quarterly meeting today, the Board of Directors of BancorpSouth, Inc. (NYSE: BXS) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per common share. The dividend is payable April 2, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2012.
BancorpSouth earlier reported net income of $13.3 million or $0.16 per share for the fourth quarter of 2011.
