Numerous Reasons to Vote for Newt Gingrich!

Yes--I flip-flopped! I still like Ron Paul for all the reasons mentioned in last week's commentary. However, I have cast my vote for Newt Gingrich for a number of reasons. First and foremost, Newt Gingrich has been able to best articulate what is on the hearts and minds of most Americans with specifics while Mitt Romney seems to have trouble verbalizing the core of just what Barack Obama and his Leftwing thugs have done to this nation and how he will reverse the course.

Ron Paul certainly has a lot more support during this campaign as his message resonates with American patriots, and he must be heeded by the GOP establishment. However, I believe Ron Paul is unlikely to pull the votes necessary to get the GOP nomination nationwide. So rather than divide the GOP primary vote by voting my heart for Paul, and in the interest of achieving the goal of a conservative nominee who is a statesman, historian and who will actually commit to stopping and reversing the Marxist destruction of the Obama 'presidency', it is my hope that patriots will get behind Newt Gingrich.

Newt Gingrich was superlative in his sharp response to the CNN debate moderator last week who tried to discredit him on the basis of apparent false allegations by his ex-wife in an ABC interview aired one day before the South Carolina primary. These allegations and their timing were predictable as the Left had picked off Herman Cain with a similar stunt and figured they could do the same to Gingrich. Instead, their inane tactic backfired as Gingrich called out the moderator and his socialist media elites out without missing a beat.

Most Americans are fed up with the Left and their back pocket media elites like MSNBC, ABC, and CNN (Communist News Network). Just as riveting was Gingrich's victory speech which drew explicit contrasts between himself and Obama, between patriots and the socialist Left, and minced no words in proudly doing so. These events Saturday made it quite clear that Mr. Gingrich is not only the most learned man on the GOP ballot, but the most articulate, and has the greatest chance of achieving the single most important goal of this election--defeating Marxist King Obama and his anti-American Administration. I urge my fellow Floridians to vote for Newt Gingrich--a practical genius, historian, statesman and, above all, an American patriot who understands the issues, has solutions and knows what we all have at stake in November.
