Quality Plus Mfg Launches TC2 Line of Conveyors

The TC2 Conveyor Series is the newest product line in the Quality Plus portfolio and is the only line of top-carry conveyors capable of operating effectively at inclines up to 45 degrees. The TC2 line was developed to provide gentle, high quality, high capacity grain handling while meeting all seed company seed handling design specifications.

"We developed the TC2 line to provide the same quality grain transfer capabilities as our existing RRT series but in a top-carry conveyor," said Dan Forsyth, president of Quality Plus Mfg. "You won't find another line of top-carry conveyors that can effectively transfer grain at steep inclines like our TC2 Conveyors."

The unique construction and lining of TC2 Conveyors are designed to reduce gaps and friction and allow TC2 models to run smoother and quieter during grain transfer. In addition, the fully enclosed design helps reduce the buildup of seed treatment residue for more efficient operation.

"Because our TC2 Conveyors can operate at steeper inclines, you can buy a shorter conveyor that is easier to store and transport," added Forsyth. "The traditional top-carry design also allows the TC2 line to comply with major seed company specifications."
