LAS VEGAS - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Shuffle Master, Inc. (NASDAQ Global Select Market: SHFL) ("Shuffle
Master" or the "Company" ) today announced it will Deliver More with
a wide range of product innovations during the International Casino
Exhibition ("ICE" ) at the Earl's Court Exhibition Center in London,
United Kingdom, January 24-26, 2012. Product demonstrations will be
available at booth #3450. Shuffle Master's exhibit will demonstrate how
its products are designed to deliver more profitability to casino
operators and more fun and excitement to players.

Offerings
World-renowned for their exceptional engineering and unparalleled
performance, Shuffle Master's card shufflers are designed to increase
table game productivity, profitability and security. The new MD3
shuffler demonstrates the advanced capabilities of the latest
shuffling technology. Using proven optical card-reading technology, the
MD3 scans and verifies pre-shuffled blackjack and baccarat decks right
at the table. Featuring an innovative platform and gripper system, the
MD3 counts and shuffles up to eight decks of cards quickly and quietly,
with significantly reduced wear and tear, making cards last longer. The
MD3 also features an optional on-board ticket printer that produces a
receipt of the deck verification results right at the table.

Easy Chipper D - With
improved chip handling, better safety features and less moving parts,
the new Easy Chipper D provides quick and accurate chip sorting, which

i-Verify - i-Verify, an LCD

the i-Verify tells the dealer exactly how to set his or her hand,

Deck Checker - The latest Deck Checker has been re-engineered and
updated with all new components, including touch-screen controls and
Shuffle Master's proven optical card recognition technology. The Deck
Checker provides a fast, effective alternative for customer's card
verification needs by checking and verifying up to eight decks of cards
in less than 2 minutes. The Deck Checker is also able to Identify
missing, extra or unknown cards.

Front and center at the booth, Shuffle Interactive will highlighting
Shuffle Master's strong brands and compelling content leveraged across
multiple online and mobile devices. Superior quality, security and
accessibility will be standard on all Shuffle Master online and mobile
games. The Shuffle Interactive platform seamlessly integrates into any
online casino or third-party platform and can deliver content through
nearly any device including PC, Mac, Betting Terminals, iOS and Android.
Shuffle Interactive will formally launch in the coming months with

upon its i-Table platform, Shuffle Master will present the i-Table

electronic wagering. I-Table Roulette has a graphically-enhanced central
display screen replicates a felt layout, and virtual betting stations

Master's other blackjack side bets on i-Table - Royal Match 21

This year's exhibit will also feature a progressive version of Four Card
Poker. Chip sensors embedded in the table allow players to place an
optional jackpot wager to potentially win fixed prizes or a continuously

property can be linked using Shuffle Master's Game Manager software.

Rapid Multigame for Rapid Table Games will also be front and center at
the exhibit, offering anticipated superior flexibility needed in the
European casino environment. Combining a live dealer and a touch-screen
electronic betting interface, the Rapid line of electronic table systems
significantly increases game security and productivity. Rapid
Multigame is the latest enhancement to the Rapid platform and includes a
multigame feature that gives players the flexibility to choose
which Rapid game – Baccarat, Roulette, or Sic Bo – they
