Comedy-Mystery Webseries, AIN'T THAT LIFE, Wins Prestigious Best Short Award
The comedy-mystery webseries, "AIN'T THATLIFE," has won a prestigious Best Short award for "Webisode /Internet Programming" at the Best Shorts Competition in La Jolla, Calif.

The webseries follows Harold's daily quest to find love, success, happiness, and the proof that he didn't murder his missing girlfriend. His only allies are his blase, cynical shrink and his belief in the essential goodness of humanity. The AintThatLife.com website, which celebrates life and its relationships, also features Harold's Diary, his humorous writings about his life on the run from the cops as he tries to prove his innocence: and Don't Muck with Tuck, fictional reporter Peter Tuck's comments on the hottest celebrity gossip and his own quest to prove that Harold is a ruthless killer. Their blogs also contain clues for the trans-media game, "Chasing Hal," in which viewers can win a prize by deciphering the famous NYC landmark where Harold's elusive girlfriend will turn up next.
Also on the website are "Today's Etiquette" with Layla Bush, a column providing saucy dating advice, and "Lifestyles," an online shop selling items with the distinctive "Ain't That Life" logo.

. Trey Gibbons (Harold Bregman) won the New York Innovative Theatre Award for Best Actor in a Featured Role for his work in "How I Learned to Drive."
