Geopulse Progress and Expansion Update

Geopulse Exploration Inc.'s (OTCQB: GPLS) (OTCBB: GPLS) aggressive expansion of its gold, copper and potash properties to continue into 2012. The Company remains committed to the development of its asset base to further shareholder value and growth with additional mineral purchases both nationally and internationally. Forthcoming exploration programs are anticipated on the most promising properties in the future.

Management continues discussions to secure financing options for work and expansion programs. Shareholders will be updated as these negotiations progress.

Geopulse has completed the acquisition of a metalliferous mineral copper property located in the proven mineral/copper rich Lisbon Valley of San Juan County, Utah. The Company also finalized the acquisition of a mineral property in the La Sal Mountain region of Utah. The primary objective of this acquisition is its gold exploration potential, advantageously chosen for the numerous placers gold finds located throughout this area.

Utah State is the nation's third leading gold producer and significant global copper producer. Copper is the largest contributor of nonfuel minerals in Utah, with a value of over $1.7 billion.

Geopulse completed its year of acquisitions with the purchase of a Potash Property Lease located in the Paradox Basin region, an area that contains an estimated 2 billion tons of potash. Additional acquisitions of potash properties are expected in the future. Potash was $200 a ton during the last two years and is expected to reach $1,500 by 2020.
