Phoenix RBT Solutions Partners With UTM to Serve as the Company's Training Arm and Main US Supplier

Partnership Provides a Complete Non-Lethal, Reality-Based, Training System for Law Enforcement Agencies and Military

Phoenix RBT Solutions, a top supplier of reality-based training and products and Ultimate Training Munitions (UTM), a leading provider of weapon conversions and training ammunition for armed forces and law enforcement agencies around the world, today announced a strategic partnership that provides military and law enforcement agencies with a complete training solution.

The UTM/Phoenix non-lethal reality-based training system provides weapon conversion kits, non-lethal training ammunition (NLTA), magazines, certified training courses, training equipment and props, NLTA helmets, portable training facilities (PTF) and protective gear.

In addition to being the training arm of UTM, Phoenix will now serve as the official North, Central and South America distributor and sales force for the company. The company will also manufacture some of UTM's NLTA gear in its Idaho facility, which will add jobs and help boost the local economy. All Phoenix RBT Solutions products are made in the US.

"This joint venture affords us the ability to continue to manufacturer our products in the US. Select products will now be manufactured in Idaho under the UTM/Phoenix brand umbrella," said Maxine Nordmeyer, president of UTM Worldwide. "Additionally this partnership allows us to get our conversions and NLTA into the hands of more military and law enforcement personnel throughout the US."

The UTM/Phoenix non-lethal reality-based training system heightens training effectiveness; it incorporates non-lethal skill building and scenario-based force-on-force into the training process. With the belief that the battle is won before it begins, UTM/Phoenix are bridging a gap that currently exists in force-on-force training.

Together the two companies help maximize training effectiveness through the use of UTM's NLTA system.
