Former Golf Channel CFO Joins Health & Wellness Channel

PETERSBURG, Fla. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Drew Nederpelt, founder and interim CEO of Health & Wellness Channel, the nation's only 24-hour cable television network dedicated to life, love and longevity is delighted to announce the signing of former Golf Channel CFO Jeff Dilley as Vice President Finance of Health & Wellness Channel, starting immediately. "Jeff is a wonderful fit for our organization, having been at the Golf Channel in the formative years and having been instrumental in growing their operation and brand so successfully," Nederpelt says. About Jeff Dilley

Prior to joining HWC Dilley was CFO of the Golf Channel cable television network. He was part of the team that launched the network in 1995, and over his 15 year tenure, helped it grow from a start-up to an internationally recognized brand and consistently profitable company. Initially, he built the company's finance and accounting group and implemented policies and controls that contributed to making the channel profitable within its first three years. Later, he was instrumental in growing the network's reach and programming through negotiation of distribution and rights agreements, including a ground-breaking long term exclusive partnership with the PGA TOUR.

A certified public accountant, Dilley began his career in the Jacksonville, Florida office of Ernst & Young, where his clients included CSX Transportation and the PGA TOUR. He later worked as Controller at the ATP Tour, and relocated to Orlando with Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company as a member of the company's southeast regional management team.

Dilley graduated from Cedarville University, in Cedarville, Ohio, with a bachelor of arts degree in accounting.
