New West Virginia Online Service Makes It Easier Than Ever to Reconcile Payments

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services' vendors can now access payment information online anytime by using the agency's new online Explanation of Benefits service at: http://apps.wv.gov/Rehab/EOB.

Each month, the Division of Rehabilitation Services handles hundreds of calls requesting information about vendor payments. The new online Explanation of Benefits service was developed to make it more convenient and efficient for vendors to reconcile payments received from the Division.

The free service is available 24/7 and enables vendors to quickly and easily:

  • Search for an EOB by nearly any criteria related to a claim
  • View EOB details
  • Print an EOB
  • Save an EOB for future reference

"Our goal with the new online Explanation of Benefits service is to improve customer service by streamlining the reconciliation process for our vendors," said Michelle James, Chief Financial Officer. "Instead of picking up the phone to call a representative to inquire about a payment, vendors can log on to the new service and view the information in seconds."

The West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services helps people with disabilities establish and reach their vocational goals. For more information on the West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services visit http://www.wvdrs.org/.
