If I were getting a tattoo I wouldn't have the presence of mind to tweet, I'd be screaming in pain like a schoolgirl. Women can tolerate a lot more pain that men, even a tiny female like Snooki can multitask will enduring excruciating pain.
Snooki may be a bimbo, but she does have a certain amount of sly intelligence. Homegirl never misses an opportunity to promote herself, even when she's getting a tattoo.
Snooki pulled down her tiny top while the tattoo artist was working on her shoulder. Sly Snooki didn't want to disappoint her fans or the photographers in the house.
I don't think any celeb ever got more mileage out of getting a tattoo.
