Compli Hires Darrel Young as Vice President of Development

Young joins Compli with an impressive background in product and project leadership and software development. At Epicore, he served in a variety of roles throughout his 12-year tenure, including product management, application and software development. He has extensive experience in leading cross functional teams, software development, quality assurance (QA) and product management.

During the more than 30 years Young has worked in software development, he has managed local and off-shore development teams for multiple, internationalized software products. Some of the industry offerings he has helped shape range from DoD financial applications and CRM, to SMB ERP frameworks and tools.

Young graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Political Science and received a master's degree in computer science and mathematics from Purdue University. In 1999, he managed the re-architecture of Clientele's CRM system, later honored by eWeek as .NET CRM product of the year.
