IQNavigator Invests and Expands Aggressively in EMEA and Asia-Pacific

IQNavigator was recently rated as the most-global services procurement vendor by Staffing Industry Analyst's "2011 VMS and MSP Supplier Competitive Landscape," both in total number of multi-national programs and in global program growth over the past year. The IQNavigator software is localised in almost 50 countries including Poland, Qatar, South Africa, China and Japan, with several new countries added each quarter, and is available in 11 languages.

As part of its international growth, IQNavigator is increasing its investment and coverage in EMEA and the Asia-Pacific region, including these initiatives:

• Jon Holden has joined IQNavigator as EMEA Vice President of Sales. Based in London, Jon is a veteran of many fast-growing technology companies in the HRO, RPO and MSP markets. Jon has led sales and business development efforts in the Human Capital Management space for over 14 years. In this new role, Jon will lead business development efforts that drive IQNavigator's continued international growth, and will work closely with EMEA customers to identify their needs and support successful implementations. • IQNavigator is quickly growing its EMEA Service Centre. In 2011, IQNavigator has trebled its employee base in Europe to 15 personnel, and has plans to continue growing quickly in Europe in 2012. IQNavigator's first EMEA-based Client Advisory Council is also planned for October 2012 in Amsterdam.
• IQNavigator's China launch event will be held in Shanghai on January 12, 2012. • The IQNdex has been extended to the United Kingdom. IQNdex is a monthly price index of temporary bill rates for a geography and job sector, and the initial UK IQNdex is for Office Workers, made up of the job sectors Technical/IT, Clerical/Admin and Professional/Managerial. The UK Office IQNdex, which uses January 2009 as a baseline, provides actionable intelligence about billing trends based on trends over the past three years, and is now available to clients.
