David Yates Opens Cincinnati Regional Office for Vanguard Cleaning Systems, Inc.

Vanguard Cleaning Systems, Inc., a leading commercial cleaning franchisor, continues to expand in the United States by awarding the Cincinnati Master Franchise rights to David Yates. The regional office will sell janitorial franchises and provide cleaning services to businesses in Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and parts of Indiana.

David is a seasoned executive, leader and entrepreneur with deep experience in the energy sector. He joins Vanguard from Premier Energy Services, an engineering and construction company he co-founded in 2002. Previously, David spent 12 years in a range of management positions with Cinergy Corp., including international leadership roles in both the U.K. and Greece. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Thomas More College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
