The Jewish Week Hosts the Great Jewish Travel Fair -- Sunday, December 4, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The Jewish Week Travel Fair, a showcase for hundreds of Jewish vacation packages from around the world, will be held on Sunday, December 4th, at the Park Avenue Synagogue in Manhattan. Airlines and tour operators at the Travel Fair will help design travel packages for individuals, families and groups wishing to travel to Israel, take a cruise, vacation in Europe, the Far East and other countries or plan a vacation at Passover, or rent a cell phone while away along with other services.

Participating travel vendors and tour operators will be featured in the Jewish Travel Guide, which will be provided free to all subscribers and will be available at the Jewish Travel Fair on December 4th.

The Jewish Week's first-ever Jewish Travel Guide will appear as a glossy supplement in the December 2nd issue. The largest independent Jewish newspaper in the country, The Jewish Week reaches many tens of thousands of readers each week, and is considered the paper of record for the New York Jewish community. The newspaper's website, thejewishweek.com reaches thousands more in Washington, Israel and throughout the world.

Co-sponsored by the Israel Ministry of Tourism, El Al and Swiss Air, the Jewish Travel Fair will be held from 11 am - 5 pm at Park Avenue Synagogue, 50 East 87th Street. There will be a variety of vendors representing airlines, hotels, Passover travel, Jewish cultural and historical tours, and much more. The list of vendors includes:

  • EL AL Israel Airlines
  • Swiss Air
  • Holland America Lines
  • Inbal Hotel
  • The Israel Ministry of Tourism
  • Leisure Time Tours
  • Lotus Tours
  • American Jewish World Service
  • and over 20 more exhibitors

Admission is free but we ask that you register jewishtravelfair@jewishweek.org
Prizes such as dining certificates an opportunity for free airfare to Israel via EL AL Israel Airlines, plus theatre tickets and more will be offered throughout the day.
