Orange County-Based Educational Technology Company Brings in Industry Veteran to Lead Sales in the U.S. and Abroad

Thesys International, a new education technology business that supports schools with a hybrid online/classroom approach to education, has expanded its team with the addition of John Stippick as Director of Global Sales. With more than 20 years of experience in implementing eLearning programs, Stippick is a valuable asset to Thesys as it expands worldwide.

Stippick's interest in innovative, research-based hybrid learning programs brought him to the company, where he will build and lead the sales team and spearhead growth in sales of Thesys' courseware and professional development products to U.S. and international markets. Stippick is motivated by the level of engagement that the hybrid learning approach inspires in teachers and students.

"John's understanding of the education industry and current needs of the market is outstanding, and we're thrilled to bring that expertise to our team," says Alan Rudi, Principal Solutions Strategist at Thesys International. "Thesys intends to remain on the forefront of the industry, offering curricular innovation proven to improve student outcomes. John's background and passion for hybrid learning will further drive Thesys as we expand into new markets."

Prior to joining Thesys, Stippick held senior-level sales and marketing positions with several educational technology companies, including WinStar for Education and Vantage Learning. Most recently, Stippick served as President of Super Star Learning Company, a developer of 21st-century learning software. There, Stippick drove product development, sales and marketing, as well as software implementation strategy development. As a veteran of the industry, Stippick brings added depth to the Thesys management team.

"I've watched the field change drastically since the days we installed classroom software that required dial-up connections," says Stippick. "Today, there is a wealth of education technology, and administrators want more than just innovative products; they're looking for solutions backed by statistics and research that prove it's what today's learners need. Thesys is leading this innovation with rigorous and engaging hybrid learning programs. I look forward to growing their presence in school districts both here and abroad."
