BOSTON, Nov. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Wayfair (www.wayfair.com), the new mega-site that carries the largest selection of home products anywhere, today announced that it's preparing for a record online holiday shopping season. Just in time for Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Wayfair.com is offering several new holiday promotions from free, two-day shipping on 5,000 popular products, to discounts ranging from 20 to 60 percent, and a Finders Keepers campaign on its flash sale site where lucky visitors can search for free gifts.

Here's the rundown of top Wayfair promotions:

December can be returned by the end of January 2012.

and keep for free, if they're the first to claim them. These gifts,
valued up to $1,000 each, include items from Kartell, Inhabit,
Calphalon, Trina Turk, Dwell Studio, Missoni and All Clad. On Cyber

as $200 off best-selling TV stands, plus other deals on game room items,
mirrors, rugs, strollers, living room furniture, lighting and more.
-- Free, Two-Day Shipping on 5,000 items, ranging from the Herman Miller
Aeron Loaded Chair with Graphite Base ($722), to the JA Henckels Twin
Signature, 11-Piece Block Cutlery Set ($230), and the Keurig B70 Coffee
Maker in Platinum ($180), to name just a few.

Wayfair (formerly CSN Stores) is on track to surpass the $500 million sales mark by the end of 2011, and is in the process of consolidating more than 200 websites, such as Cookware.com, Luggage.com, and Strollers.com, into one home goods mega-site, Wayfair.com. The site offers more than 4.5 million products from 5,000 brands. Beyond Wayfair.com and JossandMain.com, the company also operates AllModern.com, which caters to those who prefer modern design.

During Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Wayfair expects its biggest categories to be housewares, home accents and toys. Other categories that should be strong this holiday season include fitness equipment, pet-related products, and home office items.

In addition, the number of people using a mobile device to shop on Wayfair has doubled since the beginning of the year, and the company expects to see a surge in shoppers using mobile devices during the holidays.

"We're ready for a huge holiday season," said Niraj Shah, co-founder and CEO of Wayfair. "In addition to free two-day shipping and our other key promotions, we've launched our holiday gift finder with lots of impressive gift ideas for under $50 to suit everyone on your list. With unmatched selection, competitive prices, and easy site navigation, we're making it fun and simple to find just what you're looking for this holiday, regardless of your budget or style preferences."

Due to its rapid growth, the company opened two new distribution centers this year, one in Utah and one in Kentucky, in preparation for record sales during this holiday shopping season and to facilitate expedited shipping.
