Optim LLC Announces Repair Center in the Netherlands

Newswise - Sturbridge, MA - Endoscope manufacturer Optim LLC announces that it has combined forces with ERPA Instruments, Duiven, The Netherlands to provide full product support and service for its European customers.

ERPA's staff has been in training over the past 6-months and is capable of providing factory authorized repair and service of Optim's full line of endoscope products.

Thomas V. Root, President and CEO of Optim LLC, states that: "This will greatly reduce the time and cost of servicing seen by our European customers. Our installed base has grown and inquiries continue to increase. We need to be competitive not just in the product sale phase but in the entire customer experience", said Root. "This move allows us to do just that".

Service from the facility began in August and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Root will be in The Netherlands November 10-11, 2011 to participate in the formal opening of the facility.
