BluePoint Data, Inc. Announces Revised and Re-Filed First Quarter (IFRS) Report Dated March 31, 2011

BluePoint Data, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BLP), an established provider of "Cloud" NOC (Network Operations Center), Virtual Servers and Data Protection services announces that as a result of a review by the Ontario Securities Commission in connection with the filing of the Company's unaudited first quarter financial report of 2011 prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) on June 29, 2011(the First Quarter Report), it has revised and re-filed the First Quarter Report for the three months ended March 31, 2011.

The only change compared to the First Quarter Report that was previously filed, is the addition of an interim consolidated statement of shareholder's equity for the three-month periods ended March 31, 2011 and March 31, 2010 as required under subsection 4.3(2)(b) of National Instrument (NI) 51-102, and under paragraph 20(c) of International Accounting Standard 34 Interim Financial Reporting.

The re-filed First Quarter Report which includes the above-noted revision has been filed with the Canadian Securities Regulators on SEDAR and may be viewed on the Company's profile at www.sedar.com.
