(the "Company") (Nasdaq: CMED), a leading China-based advanced in-vitro diagnostic ("IVD") company, today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2011 ("2Q FY2011") before the U.S. market opens on November 18, 2011.
