TravelCenters of America Invites Customers to Nominate Best TA & Petro Restaurants and Servers
WESTLAKE, Ohio - (BUSINESS WIRE) - TravelCenters of America LLC, long known for showing drivers respect
through its full-service TA and Petro Stopping Centers brands is once
again taking stock of its service levels and asking customers to tell us
what they value in a restaurant and in the hard-working employees that
serve them with the Best Restaurant & Server contest. TravelCenters is
asking all of its customers to help identify the best of the best by
nominating their favorite TA and/or Petro sit-down restaurant location
and server.
"Our restaurant teams go above and beyond every day to ensure the
buffets are stocked and fresh, and meals are served to order," said John
Ponczoch, Senior Vice President of Food Operations at TravelCenters. "We
are asking our customers to help us identify the servers and restaurants
that they feel deserve special recognition."
Customers can nominate their favorites through November 30, 2011, by
completing the nomination form at www.ta-petro.com/thebest. Once all
nominations are received, the top ten restaurants and servers will be
posted, and customers will be asked to re-visit the web site December
15-31 to cast a ballot for Best Server and Best Restaurant. Winners will
be named in February.
