Fourth Quarter 2011 Summary From Voip-Pal.Com Inc. Corporate Update

BELLEVUE, Wash., Oct. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Voip-Pal.Com Inc. ("Voip-Pal") (OTC Pink sheets: VPLM) is pleased to announce that www.pointsphone.com is once again operational after having resolved certain technical issues. Existing Users can login to the site and continue to use our VoIP software to make international calls for as low as 1 cent per minute. The site will allow New Users to register and make calls by early next week.

The 4th Quarter of Fiscal Year 2011 started exceptionally well for Voip-Pal. The following are the highlights and update:

    1. Voip-Pal acquired Bleam Technology Ventures Inc. ("Bleam", formerly
       "CallArc").  The acquisition was centered on Bleam/CallArc's payment
       platform for users to use corporate Loyalty Points to make free phone
       calls.  The acquisition was completed and the integration of both the
       Voip-Pal and Bleam websites were being built and enhanced.  The
       interruption of our www.pointsphone.com website at the end of September
       by the previous owners of Bleam created some obvious concern and
       confusion on the part of our shareholders.  This problem has been
       rectified and a Cease and Desist Letter has been sent by the company's
       attorney to the previous owners of Bleam.
    2. To fortify Voip-Pal's commitment to be in full control of its technical
       direction, Voip-Pal is proud to announce that Tritek Business Solutions
       Inc. ("Tritek") has been retained to provide technical advisory and
       consultancy services to re-deploy all of our VoIP services to the public.
       Tritek's team of technicians have a long history of  involvement in the
       IT Support environment and they have a successful proven track record of
       results and strong technical expertise across multiple technical
       disciplines.  With Tritek's expertise we have already made significant
       security improvements during the past several days to prevent a similar
       interruption to occur in the future.  We welcome Tritek to the Voip-Pal
       family.
    3. Operations are now moving back on track and Voip-Pal is in a position to
       continue developing and offering a reliable and cost-effective Voip
       service for all smartphone users.  Our mission is still very clear - to
       provide a quality, reliable, cost-effective and safe solution for the
       casual and business international traveler who must rely on their
       smartphones to communicate.  Our PointsPhone Mobile(TM) for the Android
       will be ready to re-deployed next week.  We currently have four (4) other
       smartphone Apps ready to follow and be deployed soon after - the
       PointsPhone Mobile(TM) for the iPhone, BlackBerry, Symbian OS and Windows
       Phone 7 OS.
    4. Once the PointsPhone Mobile(TM) App for the Android has been re-deployed
       next week, Voip-Pal will soon announce the integration of our Anti-virus
       Program for the Android with our Platinum Suite(TM) package.  This
       bundled package of services will include a one year subscription of our
       comprehensive Anti-virus Program and abundant airtime international
       minutes.
