Fields Automotive Group Expands MyDealerLot RFID Deployment for Automated Customer Recognition

ROSWELL, Ga. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Fields Automotive Group, an industry leader in customer service excellence has elected to expand the use of MyDealerLot's RFID technology throughout its dealer group in the Southeast and Chicago for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, MINI, and after the successful initial pilot deployment at BMW of Winter Park.
