CIVCO Appoints Andres Ramirez Sales Director of Advanced Robotics and Workflow Solutions

"We are excited to have Andres on board to leverage his knowledge and years of experience in understanding technology and how it can help customers improve outcomes, safety and efficiency."

Ramirez has extensive worldwide sales and management experience within the radiation oncology industry. "I am excited to be part of the CIVCO team with responsibility to drive the implementation of these cutting edge technologies in the international market," said Ramirez. Immediately prior to CIVCO, Ramirez was Vice President of Sales, Americas, at IBA Particle Therapy. In addition, he has held management and development positions with IMPAC/Elekta Oncology, where he developed a distributor network throughout the Middle East and Eastern Europe; Ramirez also held a business development role at Hitachi Europe. Andres holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut and a master's degree from Boston University.

Ramirez will be based from CIVCO's Reeuwijk, the Netherlands, location.
