Justin Bieber is no Lady Gaga, but he likes to be on the cutting edge of fashion. The bubblegum heartthrob has a penchant for sporting ironic glasses. These are dorky oversized glasses favored by hipsters who wear them to make the statement: I'm so cool I can get away with wearing nerdy glasses. In Bieber's case there is nothing ironic about his glasses, he really is a dweeb.

If Mr. T admitted that he had an affinity for ladies' jeans, everybody would have the mindset: OK, dude, whatever! But when a nerdy teen boy admits he wears ladies jeans, well let's just say it's a good thing he has a team of bodyguards.

I'm not saying that boys who wear female apparel deserve to get beat up, but there are Neanderthal bullies who prey on those who have the courage to be different.

I'm not a fashionista, but Bieber doesn't exactly rock ladies' jeans or ironic glasses.
