Convicted felon and struggling actress Lindsay Lohan is frequently in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. The pop tart is the poster girl for celebs gone wild. Lindsay has set a very high bar for her 17-year-old sister, how can, Ali, her younger sister draw the attention of the paparazzi?

Ali could have robbed a bank or run over a granny to steal the spotlight from her sister, but she chose a different route. Ali had plastic surgery, and she evidently instructed the plastic surgeon to make her look like a skeleton having a bad hair day.

Ali is underage, her mother must have given permission for her daughter's face to be completely reshaped. Who is more evil: Hot Sauce Mom, Octomom, or Dina Lohan?

Ali should have waited until Halloween to unveil her new look.
