Go Daddy Helps Fetch $150,000 for Arizona Pets

Go Daddy, the world's largest provider of Web hosting, domain name registrations and net-new SSL Certificates, has sponsored the Arizona Humane Society's telethon each of the last six years.

"Over the years, the money raised at this telethon has helped make a difference in our community," said Go Daddy CEO and Founder Bob Parsons in reference to expanding shelters and services at AHS. "We know money is tight for people these days, and we appreciate every penny donated ... in fact, that's why Go Daddy matched online contributions this year."

Over the years, Go Daddy has donated $500,000 to the Arizona Humane Society. Go Daddy's passion for helping Arizona's homeless animals was also displayed by its employees over the weekend, who volunteered to answer phones and provide top-notch website support.

"Go Daddy has been a great partner for the Arizona Humane Society - this is a company that truly understands how to make a positive difference in our community," said Arizona Humane Society Executive Director Guy Collison. "Year after year, they help the animals we shelter by giving us their time, Internet expertise and a BIG donation!"

While shelters were over capacity earlier this month, this year's telethon delivered crucial funds to support the Arizona Humane Society's mission.

To help the organization meet its growing needs, Go Daddy is also supporting the Arizona Humane Society through Project 121: Action for Animals. The community outreach campaign provides lifesaving programs and services to give homeless animals a second chance at life.
