Comcast/Florida East Coast Region, Partners with the Weather Channel to Offer Weather Safety & Preparedness Campaign
MIRAMAR, Fla. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Comcast's Florida East Coast (FEC) Region announced today a partnership
with The Weather Channel to offer Be Ready, Weather or Not, a
comprehensive customized promotional campaign designed to help
subscribers prepare for and remain safe during severe weather.
"The Be Ready, Weather or Not campaign is specifically designed
with our customers' safety in mind," said, Comcast Vice President of
Marketing for the FEC Region, Thomas Zemaitis. "Our partnership with The
Weather Channel reinforces both companies' constant commitment to keep
local customers safe and to protect them during severe weather."
The Weather Channel will be in town teaching South Floridians about the
tools included in the Be Ready, Weather or Not online kit this
weekend.

at 3318 N.W. 79th Ave., on Saturday, August 27th
from 12-4PM
Be Ready, Weather or Not provides customers with valuable
information to keep them safe and prepared before, during and after any
severe weather. Through on-air, online and in-store elements, Comcast
and The Weather Channel prepare viewers for any weather event - be it
extreme heat, snow, thunderstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes and more - with
