Buildex Venture Capital Corporation: Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders Is Postponed

Buildex Venture Capital Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:BUX.P) announces that for logistical reasons, it is in the best interest of the shareholders to postpone the annual and special meeting of shareholders scheduled for August 22, 2011 to September 21, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. (Montreal time). The record date shall remain unchanged. The Corporation regrets any inconvenience this postponement may cause and confirms that the Transaction announced with L'Iledor Resources is moving forward.
