Lucas Systems Introduces Mobile Engage 2.0, Smartphone-Based App Extends Jennifer VoicePlus

Mobile Engage, first introduced in 2009, extends the Web-based reporting, management and configuration tools of Jennifer's Engage Management Service Console (MSC) to a mobile device using a standard mobile Web browser, including iPhone and Android devices. With Mobile Engage, warehouse managers can view work status across a DC, monitor associate productivity, view and manage exceptions (shorts, etc.), and access other management information and alerts available in the standard Web-based Engage MSC.
