SpeechTEK and CRM Evolution Conferences Open Monday

SpeechTEK (www.speechtek.com) and CRM Evolution (www.destinationcrm.com/conference) are co-located at the New York Hilton in part because of the natural synergies between speech applications and customer relationship management. Each conference, however, offers unique content that is distinct and valuable within each area of interest.

The result is an opportunity for attendees to follow a content-rich interest path that provides a detailed and comprehensive look at tools and strategies for improving performance and efficiency within any enterprise.

SpeechTEK is organized in four tracks that include Business Strategies, Voice Interaction Design, Customer Experiences, and Technology Advances and incorporates a number of special sessions and attractions designed to explore specific areas of interest in more depth.

CRM Evolution is organized in three tracks: Social CRM, CRM and Deployment Strategies. Special Sunrise Sessions and CRM Solution Sessions provide additional opportunities to interact one-on-one with industry leaders and professionals.

CNN Political Analyst and former Presidential Adviser David Gergen will present the opening keynote, Responding to the Voice of the Constituent/Customer, Monday, August 8 at 9:00 AM.

In the ensuing conference days, attendees will have access to panel discussions, presentations, and demonstrations featuring the leading experts, analysts and developers in every discipline relating to voice automation and customer relationship management.

A showcase of the latest products and services from all of the major vendors in speech technology and customer relationship management is open Monday night from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM and continues on Tuesday (10:00 AM - 5:30 PM) and Wednesday (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
