Growth, Increased Profitability and Pursuit of Acquisitions Highlight Network Global Logistics' Financial Performance

Leader in Mission-Critical Supply Chain Solutions Expands Global Footprint, Adds High-Profile Customers

The year-to-date financial performance of Network Global Logistics, a worldwide provider of mission-critical supply chain, transportation and logistics services, is marked by strong growth and the pursuit of selected acquisition targets.

"We're extremely pleased with our performance," said company CEO Raymond J. Garcia. "We added numerous customers and locations, improved our year-over-year profitability, expanded our global footprint and we are creating value for our customers in ways that competitors can't match."

Added Garcia, "At this point, our infrastructure is strong and the company has a growing cash balance -- and so, as part of our growth strategy, we continue to look at selected companies as possible acquisition candidates. They have to be a good fit, but we feel that if we can find the right candidates, we will be able to create some strong synergies and a strong return for our stakeholders."

"Annual revenue is on pace to grow greater than 20% this year," said Garcia. "But what is even more impressive is our rapid earnings growth," he said. "We have had three years of solid earnings growth in one of the most difficult operating environments in generations."

"And among the customers we've added, many are household names -- like Kodak and Emerson," said Garcia. "Because of the exceptional work done by our senior management team, we are in a very strong position to pursue growth organically and by acquisition."

Garcia said he expects Network Global Logistics to enjoy continued success in creating efficiencies for its customers. This includes adoption of a single network for ground transportation, adding more forward stocking locations and partnering with packaging companies to drive down costs.

"People like to say information is power, and there is no question that is true. But information combined with control is even better."
