FUEL TV's Camp Woodward Returns for Fifth Adventure
LOS ANGELES - (BUSINESS WIRE) - FUEL TV (www.fuel.tv),
Fox Sports Media Group's dynamic entertainment and sports network for
young males, announces the return of its popular original series "FUEL
TV Presents Camp Woodward" for a fifth season. Beginning
production early August at Camp Woodward in Woodward, Pennsylvania, the
series brings back 12 athletes from past seasons in a new format that
promises twists, turns and some of the most exciting camp hijinks ever.
This season, upon arriving at camp, the group will be divided into two
teams pitted against each other in a series of challenges. The campers
will navigate their way through this new camp experience, working
together to fulfill the team challenges. Returning campers represent a
mix of skateboarders and BMXers, many of whom stood out in previous
seasons with larger-than-life personalities.
"This summer we're raising the stakes by bringing back some of the
previous season's biggest characters, remembered for their untamed
behavior, and putting them in situations that will test their mettle,"
says Dave Paine, Senior Producer for FUEL TV. "As a result, we expect
more fun, more drama, more excitement and a great television show."
"We're excited to switch things up this year and have some of our best
kids back," says Gary Ream, Camp Woodward's Managing Owner. "Camp
Woodward provides campers a place to nurture everything, not just riding
skills. Our attendees learn and grow from their experiences each summer."
Returning campers include: Jovon Vest, 18 (skateboarder, Germantown,
MD); Lucky Borrelli, 17 (skateboarder, Lake Havasu City, AZ); Sean
Ricany, 16 (BMX, Toms River, NJ); Alex Midler, 13 (skateboarder,
Calabasas, CA); Larry Schmidt, 18 (skateboarder, Manasquan, NJ); Tyler
"the Gov." Correll, 16 (skateboarder, San Diego, CA); Zane Timpson, 16
(skateboarder, Encinitas, CA); Miles Mullanix, 17 (skateboarder,
Encinitas, CA), and Chad Kerley, 17 (BMX, San Diego, CA).
Production for "FUEL TV presents Camp Woodward"
continues through the first two weeks of August. The new season
premieres in February of 2012 and will air for eight weeks. For more
