Canada Fluorspar Inc. Announces Ribbon Cutting and Celebrates the Reactivation of Its St. Lawrence Fluorspar Project

Canada Fluorspar Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CFI) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company will hold an official ribbon cutting ceremony in St. Lawrence, Newfoundland on August 11, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. to initiate the commencement of construction of its fluorspar project. The event will be held at the Company's main office and mill building, followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony and reception at the St. Lawrence Recreation Centre lounge.

Pursuant to the Company's news release dated June 15, 2011, CFI is well advanced on the full funding of its St. Lawrence project through a strategic partnership with Arkema which is expected to result in the Company commencing commercial production by mid 2013.
