Travelers Declares Dividend on Common Shares

NEW YORK - (BUSINESS WIRE) - The Board of Directors of The Travelers Companies, Inc. today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 41 cents ($0.41) per common share. This dividend is payable September 30, 2011, to shareholders of record as of the close of business September 9, 2011.
