2011 CRM Evolution Conference Will Feature the Customer Relationship Management Industry's Most Influential Thinkers
MEDFORD, N.J. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - "Staggering" is what Chairman Paul Greenberg is calling the
number of high-quality panels on this year's CRM Evolution Conference agenda,
ranging from "experienced customer practitioners sharing their
strategies to vendor panels sharing the latest technologies needed for
greater customer insight."
A well-known and highly-regarded industry leader himself, Greenberg is
Managing Principal of The 56 Group, LLC and author of CRM at the
Speed of Light. The 2011 CRM Evolution Conference and Exhibition is
August 8-10 at the Hilton New York (www.destinationcrm.com/conference).
As evidence of the rapidly evolving communications environment in which
enterprises are competing for customer attention, Greenberg points to
studies by Morgan Stanley and Nielsen Global showing that more people
are communicating via social networks than by email for the first time
in history.
Organized in three tracks, Social CRM, CRM and Deployment Strategies,
the 2011 Conference has invited industry leaders from around the world
to discuss innovative strategies and the latest technologies being used
in customer relationship management. In addition to a bevy of panel
discussions, presentations and demonstrations, CRM Evolution also
incorporates a number of special sessions and attractions that provide
unique opportunities to explore specific areas of interest.
Sunrise Sessions give participants the opportunity to interact
with industry leaders in an informal, open discussion format.
20-minute CRM Solution Sessions provide a brief look at
cutting-edge solutions available for sales, marketing and customer
service professionals. CRM vendors will address a variety of
technologies designed to improve sales, efficiency, productivity and
profits while enhancing customer satisfaction, longevity and advocacy.
The CRM Evolution Showcase is an exhibition of the latest
products and services from major customer relationship management
vendors.
The CRM Evolution Conference will open Monday, August 8 with a keynote
address by CNN Political Analyst and former Presidential Adviser David
Gergen on Responding to the Voice of the Constituent/Customer.
Gergen will endeavor to answer the question "Can businesses avoid the
communications mistakes of government?"
