Drybar Expands East; Announces Key Executive Appointment: Karen Kelley Named President & Chief Operating Officer
NEW YORK, Aug. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- After opening nine locations throughout Southern California, San Diego, San Francisco, Arizona and Dallas, Drybar is bringing its popular "blow dry only" concept to the east coast. Two locations are slated to open this fall in New York City, the first in mid-September at 4 West 16th Street, the second in Midtown inside Le Parker Meridien Hotel in early October. An Atlanta location will also open in early October in Buckhead.

To help lead this national expansion, Drybar has tapped long-time operations pro Karen Kelley, formerly the SVP of Operations and People at Pinkberry. Prior to that she was SVP of Operations and People at Jamba Juice and has held senior operating positions at Boston Market and Taco Bell.
