Infogroup Strengthens Technology Leadership Team
OMAHA, Neb. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Infogroup, the leading provider of targeted high-value sales and
marketing data, customer and market intelligence, and innovative digital
engagement solutions, today announced Purandar Das has joined the
company as Chief Architect and Senior VP of Database Technology. The
hiring follows a number of senior appointments by Infogroup in product,
technology and client experience, including the recent additions of
Christian Ward as SVP, Head of Data Strategy, Analytics and
Capabilities, and Dana Hayman as Vice President for Marketing Strategy
and Insights.
Mr. Das joins Infogroup as its first Chief Architect and will be
responsible for the development and implementation of Infogroup's
Technology Architectural Roadmap and database innovation strategy. In
this capacity he will collaborate with Infogroup's Product team to
design and develop technologies to enhance the company's high-value data
and data as a service offerings. These products and services are core
components of the company's mission to be the leading provider of
high-value data, marketing and sales enablement solutions that increase
sales and drive customer loyalty.

Previously Mr. Das was Chief Technology Officer at MobileMessenger,
where he was responsible for architecting technology solutions to align
with the company's business goals. Prior to MobileMessenger, he was
Chief Technology Officer of Epsilon Digital Solutions and previously was
Senior Vice President of Strategic Database Services at Epsilon.
Purandar has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M
University and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from
Bangalore University in India.
