Post Time Tech Retains Paladin Capital Partners to Reposition Media Distribution Businesses
VANCOUVER, British Columbia - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Post Time Technologies Inc. (PTT), the Canada-based media distribution
and database integration company, said today that it has retained
Paladin Capital Partners, LLC of California to explore a strategic
repositioning of PTT's technology businesses to take advantage of
developing opportunities in the worldwide sports entertainment and live
event industries.
Hardave Gill, PTT's founder and CEO, said that the move was spurred by
increased demands for live streaming of global sporting and
entertainment events and delivery of other advanced digital products.
PTT is a proven leader in the development of subscription-based
proprietary e-commerce solutions for on-line live or archived media
(video) events.
"We've pioneered many of the media distribution systems that are used
for acquiring, managing, formatting, measuring and delivering content,"
Gill said. "It's time now to leverage our real-time digital
communication and processing capabilities to meet the evolving needs of
other global sports businesses.

publicly traded company. During that time, PTT and Youbet collaborated
on a number of joint initiatives.
