Five Star Builders Goes Green With the Help of Energy Saving Pros LLC

Five Star Builders Inc. have been recently approved through the Oregon Department Of Energy for the installation of Photo Voltaic (PV) Solar Energy Systems on three buildings located within the City of Banks. The Department of Energy received 165 applications and approved only 76, three of which will be installed in Banks on behalf of Fivestar Builders Inc.

Brian Pierce, president of Energy Saving Pros LLC., stated, "We have heard from city officials about how excited they were that Greg Henes (president of Five Star Builders) will be bringing solar to town."

Shad M. Derifield, chief operating officer with Energy Saving Pros LLC, said he believes the Five Star PV Solar will be the first PV Solar System installed in Banks. "This is exciting - helping to save the environment and bring attention to green energy in a community that has had limited green energy exposure," stated Derifield.

The first of these projects, the Fivestar Office Building, will begin in August. The second installation will be at the Banks' Caf building, and the last of the installs will be at Five Star Builders' corporate yard.
