Execware Retains IP Navigation Group for Patent and Business Development Program
FALLS CHURCH, Va. & DALLAS - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Execware, LLC announced today that it has retained IP Navigation Group,
LLC to develop and manage a program directed at the monetization of its
intellectual property and development of its business.
People in almost any profession use reasoning about what is seen to
move, edit and color data, manipulating it until they draw unique
conclusions in the context of personal knowledge, experience and skills.
The software, simply following instructions, generates no answers. This
unique analytic methodology, called contextual data modeling (CDM) in
one of Execware's patents, resembles modeling moist clay or solving a
jigsaw puzzle.
"After conceiving the methodology and inventing the technology to
actualize it, we are looking forward to the next phase of Execware's
growth with IP Navigation Group," stated Execware's founder Robert
Listou. "We have full confidence in IP Navigation Group based on their
track record and their approach to monetizing patents. This partnership
will also allow Execware to finalize the development and bring to market
its proprietary Reason software."
A retired Air Force Colonel, Mr. Listou served as COO of a management
consulting company. That experience, added to his military service as a
pilot and engineer, led to his vision of a simple software program that
enables a person to rapidly manipulate data to reflect what is in his or
her mind. Ultimately, Mr. Listou actualized major elements of his vision
in a prototype product, Reason. IP Navigation Group's CEO, David
Pridham, stated, "We are very impressed with Bob Listou and his
inventions and are looking forward to working with Bob and his team on
this project. We are already in discussions with a number of companies
that are interested in discussing licensing and broader business
relationships with Execware."
As announced in June, Execware retained Adapt IP Ventures to market the
CDM patents. "In just over one month, we were able to develop a
long-term relationship with an industry-leader, IP Navigation Group, to
monetize these patents," stated Adapt IP Ventures' CEO, Grant Moss. "We
are very fortunate to be working with Mr. Listou and look forward to
assisting with the licensing efforts and business development
initiatives."
