Fort Hays State University Online (KS), ranked #1 and #2 on the Get Educated online college affordability rankings for their online bachelor of science in various IT career areas and their online bachelors degree in technology leadership.

Among the top most expensive online IT degrees for computer professionals: Rochester Institute of Technology University (NY) ($85,140) and Mercy College (NY) ($86,340). Both are private traditional universities which offer online degree programs.

"Online university students can pay as little as $21,000 or as much as $86,000 for an online IT bachelor degree," says Vicky Phillips, founder of GetEducated.com, the only group in the nation to publish online college affordability rankings. "Clearly it pays for non-traditional students to Get Educated about higher education costs before they enroll," says Phillips.
