Meyer has worked in the community association management industry since
1978 as a portfolio manager, CEO of her own management company and a
national educator and trainer. Meyer has served in almost every
committee and leadership capacity for the Community Associations
Institute and was twice named CAI's Educator of the Year.
JERRY BERMAN
Berman has more than 30 years experience in real estate and finance. He
has earned his CPA, real estate license and Class A contractor's
license. Berman's experience includes land acquisition, development,
finance, home design, construction, sales & marketing and has served on
numerous active adult HOA boards. He has been active with NAHB and
served on the Executive Committee of NVBIA and on the Board of Home Aid.
