The Complaint asserts violations of the federal securities laws against Jiangbo and its officers and directors for issuing false and misleading information to investors about the financial and business condition of the Company and its lack of internal controls. On May 31, 2011, Nasdaq halted trading in the Company's stock. Following the trading halt, the Complaint alleges that numerous other red flags of fraud became known to the market, including the resignation of certain of the Company's directors.
