Brambleton Sells 300 Homes in Just Over 6 Months in 2011 -- Milestone Marks a New Sales Record for the Community

Brambleton, an award-winning master-planned community located in Loudoun County, Virginia, announces today that the community has sold 300 homes in just over 6 months. Total net sales as of July 12, 2011 include 146 single-family homes and 154 townhomes. Brambleton is on track to surpass its 2010 record-breaking year of 352 homes.

Encompassing nearly 2,000 acres of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums, Brambleton features eight homebuilders including Beazer Homes, Camberley Homes, Gulick Group, Miller & Smith, Pulte Homes, Stanley Martin Homes, Van Metre Homes and Winchester Homes.
