About the Founder of Hope for the Refugee and Immigrant, Inc.

The founder of Hope for the Refugee and Immigrant, Inc., Komi Adjonke, has first-hand experience with the immigration and refugee process. He was an asylee who went through all the hoops before finally receiving asylum. He experienced all the typical problems refugees and immigrants face in the United States and was determined to help make the transition smoother for other people, so he created Hope for the Refugee and Immigrant, Inc. to help refugees and immigrants resettle and integrate well into American society and become good citizens, and also tutor students in U.S. and in Africa, and prepare free income taxes for people in the communities.

Komi Adjonke obtained his MBA degree and currently working on his doctoral degree. He has extensive business management, accounting and financial management experience. He is a registered ERO, Authorized IRS e-file Provider with the IRS to prepare and e-file taxes for people and businesses.
