CORRECTION FROM SOURCE: Letter of Award Terminated

NTG Clarity Networks Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NCI) announces that due to unforeseen circumstances and disputes, the previously announced Letter of Award with a total value of US $5.65 million is terminated. The company is currently working to settle the amount of work completed to date. NTG Clarity maintains all of its legal rights under this LOA.

Despite the termination of this Letter of Award, management continues to forecast positive revenue growth for NTG Clarity during 2011.
