Commercial Properties in Arkansas, Louisiana and Alabama Set for Auction

Commercial buildings in Arkansas, Louisiana and Alabama are among the properties set to be sold in an upcoming series of lender-ordered auctions by Hagen Realty Group in July and August. Other properties to be auctioned include residential lots in Bentonville, Ark., and near Atlanta, Ga.

The Arkansas properties will be auctioned at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 4, at the Clarion Hotel & Convention Center in Bentonville. Included will be a commercial office duplex in the South Walton Plaza business park. "This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing office development with a building that is 100 percent occupied," said Kim Hagen, president of the auction company.

The Aug. 4 auction will also include 23 developed home sites and a 46.1-acre residential tract in the Windemere Woods, adjacent to Lochmoor Club and the Eden's Brook development off Peach Orchard Road in Bentonville.

Other sales include:

• A commercial building in Tallulah, La., with 31,647 square feet on 9.02 acres. The building, which formerly was used for an auto dealership, will be sold on-site at 162 Eaker Road, Tallulah. The auction will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2, at the property.
  
  
• A 20,000-square-foot commercial building in Columbiana, Ala. The facility at 405 W. College Street, Columbiana, was formerly used as a skating rink and is surrounded by supporting businesses. The sale will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 27 at the site.
  
  
• Four home sites in the Misty Lake subdivision in Ellenwood, Ga. These home sites are near I-285 south of Atlanta and all have lake frontage. The auction will begin at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9, at the property.
