Rutgers University Leadership Workshop with Dr. Paul Marciano Scheduled for July 26-27, 2011
PISCATAWAY, N.J. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - The Rutgers Center for Management Development (CMD) announced today that
Dr. Paul Marciano, author of the leadership book "Carrots and Sticks
Don't Work," will lead a workshop at Rutgers University on July 26 and
27, 2011. The leadership
workshop is geared towards managers, business owners and human
resource professionals in all size organizations, from small businesses
to Fortune 500 companies.
"Dr. Marciano is leading the way with new insights on how to increase
leadership effectiveness by throwing out the old model of motivation and
replacing it with the new model of engagement and respect. Any manager
who wants to build a self-sustaining engagement culture will benefit

Paul Marciano, Ph.D. is an entrepreneur, consultant, speaker and
