The College Network Has Become an Approved Continuing Nursing Education Provider

The College Network Is Now Accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center to Offer Continuing Nursing Education Courses

The College Network™ has been accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to offer continuing education courses for nurses. Initial topics include Ethics in Nursing, Medication Safety, and Patient Rights.

Established in 1974, the Accreditation Program of the ANCC recognizes organizations that offer high quality continuing education for nurses. The program contributes to healthcare quality and professional nursing practice by providing a voluntary peer review process that defines standards for organizations that elect to apply for accreditation.

The College Network plans to offer its first continuing nursing education courses online beginning in August 2011. Upon completion of each initial course, nurses will receive 2.5 continuing education contact hours.
